Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Facility Manager, AP FMS IIUM, Medical Centre.
Ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Maintain diary of Facility Manager and organize schedule of travel and other related arrangements in
conjunction with Operation and Maintenance.
Filing, preparation, distribution of supportive documentations, notes and other correspondence.
Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the
Facility Manager, AP FMS IIUM, Medical Centre.
Take notes and prepare minutes of meeting of various meetings attended by Facility Manager.
Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Management / Communication or any related
Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative / office / customer service / management.
Fresh graduate can also be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Words, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and result oriented.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to travel as and when required.
