Preparation of accurate periodical financial reports in a consistently timely manner.
Responsible for all finance related annual budgets and business planning.
Undertake all major project costing, viability and feasibility studies.
Oversee all cash flow planning, sourcing of funds and assets management.
Engage with Board of Directors to develop short term to long term financial goals and strategies.
Engage with all related external stakeholders such as investors, auditors, financial institutions, business partners and affliates.
Ensure all regulatory, statutory and legal compliance for all Group wide finance portfolio.
Responsible for the full spectrum of all related Finance and Accounting functions of the Group and its subsidiaries.
Oversee and engage with the Board on all matters relating to sound investment strategies and prudent risk management.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy, Professional
qualifications or equivalent and a member of MIA.
Min 10 years of relevant experience in a similar senior management role with a public listed company.
Require in-depth knowledge and experience in public listing exercise.
Excellent stakeholder management and communicaiton skills.
Possess strong business acumen with good business networking.
Independent and able to work in a fast paced and expanding industry.
Computer literate with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
