Coordinating retail store operations and business growth.
Answering potential client enquires and follow-up.
Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospect clients for business explosure.
Assisting short and long-term business development plans set by management.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
Promote the company's products / service addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Assisting the business development manager in organizing planing and implementing strategy to retail and outdoor business.
Handle complaints from customers and PR activitives also.
Assists retail team-building plans.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Agreesive in taking action and positive thinking.
Possses own transportation and willing to work in Ipoh.
Willing to travel if required.
Language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
