 JOB DESCRIPTION
Liaise closely and maintain good rapport with tenants, landlords and contractors.
To manage and coordinate all operational matters including tenancy management, building maintenance and others.
Maintains the property by investigating and resolving complaints; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; contracting with landscaping companies and etc.
Supervising and monitoring servicing, rectification and installation works carried out by external
contractor and in-house maintenance.
To do other ad-hoc assignments required by management from time on time.
To issue invoice, collect rental & issue receipts to tenants.
Coordinate events and special function and in charge of decoration of the property.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in
Property Management or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
