Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing delivery schedules and shipping documentation
(quotations, Delivery Orders/ Cash Sale documentation)
Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the departmental performance and
Coordinate with sales team on Inventory management
Those who has practical experience in foreign shippment arrangement will be given preference.
To assist in purchasing function
To assist on general office administrative duties
Ensure all sales related documents are properly archived and filed
Undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/STPM/Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any field.
Preferably at least three (5) years of working experiences in related field.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Good follow up and multi-tasking skill, eye for details
Independent, self-initiative and ability to work in a team
