Identifying business opportunities in Malacca /Johor / Penang/ Ipoh / Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya
/ Kota Kinabalu / Kuching and provide new insights & ideas to generate long-term and sustainable
business growth to complete the month sales target.
Integrate local real estate agencies, and other proper channels to complete the target of customer
Liaising with different external and internal parties,corporates and individual prospects to ensure smooth and effective selling process
Supporting client on-boarding process including preparation of client proposals, product presentation, follow-up, etc.
Take charge of field sales receptions and answer customers’ questions.
Assist customers to handle trade procedures; maintain the relationship with regular customers and
promote new transactions introduced by regular customers.

Recognized diploma or University graduates from any degree discipline, preferably in Real Estate,
Finance, Economics, Business, and Marketing
Experience in real estate sales,durable consumer goods, bulk goods, finance and insurance industries with excellent sales performance would be preferred
Passion, integrity, and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent in English, priority will be granted to those with proficiency in Chinese, Malay, Indonesian,
Korean, Japanese, Russian, Arabic or other minority languages.
