Purpose of Role
Responsible in managing the students’ accommodation in ensuring efficient and effective daily operation and in compliance with university accommodation policy and practices.

Job Responsibilities
To initiate and execute changes in ensuring the student accommodation blocks operate efficiently and effectively
To manage and administrate the hostel occupant check-in and check-out of rooms
To manage and update student account / refund if any
To accompany university guests and parents on a hostel blocks tour and briefing if require
To manage and monitor the maintenance and housekeeping work carry out in proper order at rooms and hostel blocks
To update and compile monthly rooms occupancy statistics data
To maintain, monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hostel blocks
To conduct briefing to new students during the Inductions Sessions
To execute and attend any ad-hoc task or other duties assigned by immediate superior or the Head of Department

Job Requirement
Possesses Degree in any related field
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills especially in English
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power point
Good planning and organization skills
2-3 year working experience
