The management trainee program is a program targeted at fresh grads who want to explore a career in F&B management while at the same time learning what goes on behind the scene to ensure that everything on the ground level goes smoothly in several departments available based on your skillset. This program aims to accelerate your growth and development to be able to advance in the department you are stationed in and be able to undertake projects on your own. You will be trained to to think critically and independently while at the same time be exposed to kitchen and front of house operations to ensure the right mindset when coming up with new ideas.
