To ensure timely preparation and presentation of Financial Reports which consist of monthly, yearly
financial reports and statements, write-ups, trend of operations, annual budget, cash flow and business plan.
Coordinate and prepare the yearly budget and forecast and submission of statutory statistic requests.
Safekeeping of all contract, legal documents and financial records.
To keep track of all cash and funds movement in the hotel and bank account.
Approves the daily report produced by the Income Auditor and General Cashier.
Conduct a periodic check in receiving, stores, outlets and kitchen.
To ensure that all the relevant licences and permits for the hotel operations are applied for.
Execute any ad-hoc tasks that assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
