Lead, manage and control the operations of the QA department as well as supervision and performance review of team members.
Work closely with production to resolve quality related issues and develop effective countermeasures.
Set QA standards and procedures to comply with ISO/TS16949 standards and procedures.
Manage customers' quality programs and ensure the company's products are able to meet the
customers' quality specifiaction and standards.
To resolve customer complaints, if any, with the objective of safeguarding company's interest.
Formulate strategies, standards, work instructions for quality assurance system and drive implemention to achieve set targets/KPIs.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years QA experience in the automotive industry with at least 4 years in managerial
Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
