Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/corporate accounting functions inclusive of
financial planning, financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, treasury, funding, tax
planning/management, forecasting & etc.
Responsible to source for project funding, evaluate and apply for financing and loan instruments.
To establish operational budgets and manage/oversee cash flow projections of the Company to control
payment and collection schedule for individual property development project to achieve efficiency in
cash management system.
Leading the periodical review on property development and construction budget with project teams to
evaluate the reasonableness of financial results.
Oversees/manage all activities related to financial, legal/company secretarial and corporate
administrative work for the group.
Responsible for corporate taxation planning and supervising all banking and taxation matters of the
Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for
financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements.
The job requires close liaison with bankers, auditors, directors, government regulatory bodies, company
secretary and tax agents on behalf of the Company.
Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis, and forecasting related to accounts activity
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related
professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/ASCPA).
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in senior management, preferably in property development company..
Must be a member of Malaysia Institute Accountants (MIA)
Familiar with IFCA system will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting.
