To monitor site progress in relation to stage completion for purchaser's billing.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional
Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Revit.
At least 5 to 10 year(s) with hotel experience in Site and Contract Administration in High Rise.
Able to lead the site team.
Able to prepare work program and reports.
Has hands-on experience on high rise site works buildings, sound contract administration and
project management skills to ensure works are carried out according to design and specifications.
Self motivated with ability to communicate professionally with Site Personnel, Project Managers,
consultants and Contractors.
