Perform administrative tasks in support of all recruiting efforts
Draft, prepare and post job advertisements
Assist with screening applicants/resumes and coordinating interviews
Compile company information and related materials and distribute to applicants
Assist in job fairs and college recruiting events if necessary
All other duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal skills and able to perform with minimal supervision
Able to multi-task with attention to details
