To provided End – to – End Recruitment activities which includes but not limited to the following:
Implement Recruitment & Selection strategies to ensure sufficient pool of candidates and full optimization of manpower;
To perform all stages of recruitment i.e. preparing job description, post vacant positions, etc.;
Source suitable candidates through various recruitment platforms/channel;
Shortlist potential candidates and arrangement of interviews;
Conduct and attend interview with relevant Hiring Managers;
Conduct reference checks on identified/selected candidates;
Prepare and issue offers to selected candidates;
Prepare and monitor manpower planning & costing;
Update induction material periodically and conduct induction briefing for all new recruits;
To update and monitor monthly reports;
Provide general administration support on all HR activities;
Any other ad hoc duties as required by the department.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or its equivalent.
Knowledge in HRIS system preferably SAP is an added advantage.
At least 5 years working experience in related field required for this position.
Self-motivated, meticulous and committed team player with strong sense of urgency.
Ability to work under pressure and within minimum timeline.
Strong administrative skill and highly organize.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
