Contract for Services (CFS)
Seek with client on their consideration and approval for increment in basic salary if candidates request. Follow through until negotiation closed
Update to client on acceptance of personnel and tentative mob date
Receive joining instruction from client

To log request into tender record upon receive from Client
To review request; discipline, qualification, experience, duration and specific requirements
To commence sourcing, check data bank, identify Personnel from local / resources availability or third party resources (advertising / partner) and advertise the job
position upon receiving of request from client in timely matter
To screen Personnel & gather list of potential candidates to be shortlisted. To review & check availability, rates, qualification, experience, specific requirements then
follow up with summary of costing
To notify selected candidates
To conduct interview, ascertain suitability, check availability, verity experience, negotiate commercial term, brief terms / contract
If acceptable, to recommend candidates
To prepare & submit proposal within timeframe
To follow up with client on status of submitted bid
To conduct negotiation with personnel if required
To prepare draft contract for services and mob check list after receive work order
To liaise with personnel on the contract for services
Tendering & Proposal (Mini Bid)
Review of ITB documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of scope of work.
Coordinate/expedite required Technical / Commercial proposal content with respective company departments. Ensure compliance with ITB requirements.
Prepare Technical Proposal Document and ensure in time submission.
Prepare response to Technical Clarification and ensure in time submission.
Prepare costing for commercial proposal for management review
Prepare Word Order Proposal, Work Order Request and Change Order Proposal.
Familiarize with Contract requirement.
Qualification: minimum Diploma holder
Experience: 1 year in recruitment for oil & gas industry or fresh graduate may be consider
Communication skills: Good in English
Computer: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
