Job Responsibilities:

Attend to domestic and international enquiries for airline ticketing & reservations.
Prepare fare quotation and itinerary in compliance with customer's needs in a timely manner.
Ticket issuance and refund.
Ensure all ticketing and reservations procedures are adhered to.
Attend to customer complaints.
Provide complete traveller and transaction services to Corporate Clients.
Provide Visa application services and Travel Insurance.
Knowledge on MICE and Incentive will be an advantage.
On event site by request.
Dealing with our current transporter companies at the same time engaging with a new vendor.
Closing deals with the most cost effective transporter according to events.
Create Transfer Mode List (TML) and Airport Transfer List (ATL) – MS Excel
To ensure all invoices to be closed within the time frame.
Engaging with hotelier on getting the best room rates per events or FIT request.
Create and market Ecopia Travel packages.
Marketing strategies knowledge needed to sell the packages which includes Hotel room rate promotions, airlines and packages.
Must be able to have MS Publisher, MS Words and MS Powerpoint as the tools to create marketing materials.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Tourism Management, Aviation, Marketing and Hospitality Management.
IATA / UFTTA Certificate will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of Amadeus & Galileo System for reservations.
Computer Literate - MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Publisher.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Full-Time position available.
