Assist in overall HR functions related to Recruitment and Training.
Responsible in recruitment process including analyze the requirement of a job, attract talents to the job, advertisement, screen resume, arrange and conduct
interview (when necessary) to find the best qualified candidates for a job opening in a timely and cost effective manner.
Determine applicant requirements by studyinjg job description and qualifications to match the right candidates to the position.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, recruitment agencies, media, career websites, internest sites and other recruitment channel to
attract best talents to the company.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates through job posting.
Provide regular and updated reports of recruitment activities. Administer and maintain recruitment database.
Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
Conduct Training Need Analysis from data compilation until the preparation of Annual Training Plan with close monitoring on training activities as set in ATP
inclusive sourcing the suitable training provider.
To arrange the necessary application for training grant and reimbursement from HRDF.
To administer and update the documents related to ISO 9000 for audit purpose.
To coordinate and participate actively in staff welfare programs/ activities.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in recruitment is required for this position.
Computer literate, notably Microsoft Office application.
Strong command of English (oral and written).
Mature, positive attitude and highly motivated individuals.
Able to work under minimum supervision and meeting deadlines.
Candidate with some experience in the above functions and would like to specialise in at least one of the HR functions are encouraged to apply.
