Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Personal Assistant or equivalent.
Computer literate i.e. Microsoft office software (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
Answer phone calls
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
Make travel arrangements
Provide administrative and clerical support to department or individuals
Schedule meetings and arrange meeting rooms
Coordinate office management activities.
Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time
