• Answer inbound calls from the customers.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries by answering product and service questions.
• Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.
• Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selecting the best solution.
• Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Call Centre in banking industry
• Able to work on weekends and night shift
• Required language(s): English.
• Bilingual will be an added advantage (English & Mandarin)
