We are looking for a candidate to fill the position as

Receptionist and Admin Assistant

for our office in Kuala Lumpur (Q Sentral, KL Sentral)
The full-time position is available immediately and is open to applicants that could work from our Kuala Lumpur office. This highly demanding position requires a positive,
self-motivated individual with superior organizational skills, ability to work within deadlines and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure a high level of professional

To answer all incoming telephone calls promptly and transfer calls to the correct personnel/department
Welcome and look after visiting clients
Manage conference room schedule and common area
Perform daily administrative tasks
Deal with general correspondence with internal and external parties
Assure timely completion and communication of project status internally
Performs other related duties as required

Ability to communicate in English both written and verbally
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years working experience
Must be computer literate
Excellent telephone etiquette, listening and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills required
Able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
Must work independently within an established administrative framework
Team player, willing to work with and contribute to the success of a team of personable, highly motivated professionals
Demonstrate high-level client-service orientation, ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with maximum discretion and understanding of clients needs
Superior organization skills – ability to come up with processes and competently follow through
Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary, anticipate problems and act accordingly, and to prioritize and multi-task – great time

Start date and working hours
8:30am to 5:30pm, including lunch break (one hour)
