Lead and manage accounting and finance functions of the Company.
Prepare monthly/yearly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
Prepare and present monthly reports which provide in depth analysis on project costing, project progress billing and collection and operational performance.
Plan and manage yearly audit exercise and tax submission which includes syndication with external auditor, tax agent and other stake holders.
Manage financial operations which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flows and other treasury management.
Liaise with project team on project budget, project costing, project progress billing and collection.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST and taxation regulations.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and in the similar capacity.
Preferably Manager who has knowledge and experience in construction/project accounting.
Hands-on with financial and taxation management as well as statutory compliance.
