The Document controller reports directly to the Project Director and assumes responsibilities for managing documents at Project Office. Additional, she is responsible for
establishing and maintaining the document control system.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and transfer of documentation between companies, consultants, vendors.
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filling and proper document archiving.
Document registration, control issue, copying,distibution and transmittal.
Maintain the documents and drawings in the document control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
Maintain the files and record in sequence as require.
Assist in coordinating, arranging and covening meetings and log meeting minutes.
To oversee the entire administration function of project office, standard operating procedures are implemented on the projects.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong computer skills and familarity with Microsoft office.
Preferably those specializing in administrative support & document controlling.
Able to start work immediately
