Manage and administer the overall training initiatives / activities within the Bank.
Formulate and implement training activities based on the bank’s strategic plan and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls relating to HR Development and Training.
Responsible for Training & Development budget for the department.
Design and implement strategic HR development and training programs according to plan
Manage induction for new hire.
Liaise and coordinate with external trainers and training providers / vendors.
Provide advisory services to departments at Head Office and branches on issues pertaining to HR development and training.
Motivate and guide the section’s staff to exhibit work commitment and excellence in the execution of their tasks and duties.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Any other duties as and when requested by Head of Division related to training development.
Degree in Human Resource Management & Development, Business Management or equivalent fields
A minimum of 15 years experience in providing training and consulting services to internal and/or external clients
Experience in designing, developing, providing and evaluating trainings
Ability to provide value-added insight to the Bank and clients
Excellent business writing and good communication skills
Commitment to continual growth and understanding of the industry
Strong leadership and business acument
Resourceful and possess resource management skills
