Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development,
industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and other HR related support services;
Review, develop and implement common HR & administrative policies and standard operating procedures and monitor its compliance and effectiveness.
Manage office administration functions.
Any ad-hoc task which will assigned by superior from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related discipline.
At least 7 years experience specializing in human resource, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Laws, Industrial Relations law and practice and other statutory law and regulations related to human resources.
Candidates who are familiar with ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OSHAS18001:2007 will have an added advantage.
Highly self-motivated and resourceful in problem solving and decision making.
Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Proficient in verbal and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
