Job Descriptions:
Secretarial duties:
Supporting the Managing Director in his working calendar such as, travel arrangements, hotel booking, meetings and daily appointments and transport with driver.
Preparing confidential correspondence, documents and monthly meeting minutes.
Prepare and document monthly claims and expenses.
Any task that assigned by MD.

Administrative Task:
Support General Affairs Department in daily office operation administrative task for expatriate manager, external vendors.
Travel arrangement for staffs in both local and overseas business trips includes application for visa.
Prepare Travel Schedule for all the business trips from lodging to transport.
Work closely with Insurance company for Travel Insurance, Company Insurance, Hospitalizaltion & Surgical, Group Term Life Insurance and Factory's General
Insurance (Building, Stock on Trade, All Risk, Furniture, Fixtures & Fittings, Electronic Equipment, Burglary and etc)
Maintaining office administration system, including data and documents filing and management.
File and update information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Assisting Finance Department in preparing the monthly Debtor’s Statement.
Assisting Finance Department in checking the Statement of Account for all vendors.
Assisting Finance Department in allocation of Budget Costing according to each department.
Work closely with Company Secretary on the Company Act related matters such as AGM, EGM, Board Meeting and other ad-hoc events.
Assist in matters related to training (arrangement of training, apply HRDF grant, claim HRDF etc.)
Any other job assigned by Immediate Superior.

Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
