360 role including sourcing & screening of candidates, client servicing and generating new leads for business development.
Understand both clients' business & hiring need and candidates' career preference.
Provide excellent service and advice to both clients and candidates.
Negotiate and finalise salary package with both clients and candidates.
Achieve weekly activity KPIs and monthly sales target.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and strong desire for success.
Good initiative with a positive attitude, able to work independently as well as a team player.
Candidates with at least 1 - 2 sales / telesales experience with proven track record.
Candidates with recruitment background are advantageous.
