Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to Top Management
Responsible for proactive calendar management, which comprises of heavy meetings schedule including arrangement and coordination of schedules, meetings and
conference calls with internal and external parties to ensure appropriate and timely responses
Minutes taking, preparation of power-point slides, notes, agendas and any other related documents for meetings
Maintain clear filing system to keep track of all agendas, meeting minutes and correspondences
Support the management in tracking all the activities and projects taking place
Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and provide holistic administrative support to the business

At least Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/ Secretarial
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience supporting top management in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
Positive working attitude and a strong team player
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
