 JOB DESCRIPTION
Executive Assistant ( EA)/ Personal Assistant ( PA)
This role is to support Country Director 

Duties:
1. Prepare and manage correspondence , documents and reports.
2. Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences
3. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
4. Maintain schedules and calendars of Country Director
5. Arrange and confirm appointments
6. Reminding managers and executives on the important tasks and deadlines
7. Handling incoming mails and materials. Ability to prepare materials for Country Director
8. Handle clients and potential customers' inqueries accordingly
9. Assist Country Director in company's projects and tracking timelines
10. Experience in developing business development proposal
11. Ensure Country Director is fully briefed on every of his engagements in the timely manner
12. Follow-up with local/oversea clients and other parties where their actions are very important to the company and country director

Qualifications:
1. Candidates must possess at least degree in related fields
2. With at least 5 years experience in personal assistant or in other secretarial positions
3.Full comprehension of office management system and procedures
4. Proficient in Microsoft powerpoint, words and excel.
