Greeting customers who enter the shop.
Be involved in stock control and management.
Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Stocking shelves with merchandise.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Store Manager.
Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Balancing cash registers with receipts.
Dealing with customer refunds.
Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards.
Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Keeping the store tidy and clean
Perform other ad-hoc admin/store duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): sales
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Note: It is a 5 days week from 10 am to 7 pm. RM 6 an hour.
