As a TeleSales Executive, your main responsibility is to perform outbound calls to potential clients through given leads and contribute to the overall Company profitability.
-In-charge of pre-and-post sales enquiries while managing client relations
-Conduct outbound sales call by ensuring quality & accuracy on all calls
-Provide excellent customer service while maximizing sales potential and to achieve sales target through optimum productivity level
-To ensure quality by adherence to guideline and compliance
Good knowledge in insurance
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good understanding about the overall processes and operation of insurance administration
Ability to communicate with people at all levels
2 years relevant experience in TeleSales/Telemarketing environment
Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
