Conduct Software training via multiple vanues (on-site, internal)
Assist in identifying appropriate training methods
Travel to customer locations on predetermined dates to deliver training / implementation assistance.
Improve system performance by identifying issues and recommending changes.
Excellent oral and written communication. The ability to motivate others.
Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills along with patience, a customer-friendly by attitute and the ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with all audience level and group size.
Min 1-2 years training experience.
Knowledge of SQL, HTML or programing lauguage.
Technology background of strong personal interest in technology.
Customer and team focused attitude.
Strong work ethic and high level of initiative any efficiency.
Great communication skills that can be tailored & to the client’s need.
Ability to learn quickly in a self-directed environment with minimal supervision.
Degree in Software Engineering / IT / Computer Science / related field.
Fluent in Mandarin Speaking is advantage.
