Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and Inventory
Responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, report and schedules in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain timely accurate transactions and perform regular balance sheet and reconciliation AP and AR,
Manage daily sales report and bank reconciliation
Prepare payment to suppliers & contractor
Manage petty cash and staff claims
Compiles, sorting & filling documents
Liase with auditors, creditors, government authorities etc
Handle all accounting tasks and provide clerical support.
To perform any other related duties when required.
Minimum Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience
Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts and GST submission
Preferable knowledge of Accounting Software
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and initiative
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
