 JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to hands on to assist and advice our customers through different communication channel, such as instant messaging QQ, Live 800 or WeChat.
2. Understand customers’ needs and provide professional advice to solve their problem.
3. Responsible to promote company’s products and offers.
客服人员岗位职责:
负责以在线方式(比如QQ,LIVE800,微信)与客户沟通,帮助客户解决业务办理中遇到的问题
为客户提供主动、热情、满意以及周到的服务
积极推销公司产品和优惠

Job requirements:
1. No work experience required as training will be provided. Prefer candidate aged between 18 to 35.
2. Must have clear logical thinking and ability to work independently.
3. Have basic computer knowledge and typing skill with speed 45 word/min (中文汉字)
4. Candidate should have the qualities: Responsibilities, good team spirit and sense of corporation
5. Cheerful, good communication skills.
6. Able to work on shift rotation.
任职要求:
有无经验均可,年龄18周岁至35周岁,学历不限
逻辑清晰、思维敏捷,有独立处理工作的能力
具备基本的电脑操作水平,打字速度不少于45字/分钟(中文汉字)
责任心强,良好的团队精神和合作意识
性格开朗,善于表达
能夠輪班工作
