Attend to customer’s telephone enquiries pertaining to payment card products.
Handle calls professionally and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
To work in a team environment and support each other in day to day operations
Sensitive and alert to customer’s request and feedback
Minimum SPM certificate.
Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre of Credit Card Centre would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Mandarin and other foreign languages would be an added advantage.
Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Willing to take up challenge, and work for extended hours when necessary
Proficient in MS Office applications
Malaysian citizen or individuals having a valid working permit in Malaysia
