 JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibility
Source for Casual Labour Personnel replacements if the ones who were given the bookings do not turn-up especially for Banqueting and Stewarding Operations.
Escort Casual Labour Personnel to assigned work place ( Level 10/12, Ballroom, SPCC & outlet ) as per the Security & Safety guidelines.
Assist Human Resources Manager - ER & IR in briefing all Casual Labour Personnel before major functions.
To monitor the sign out and payment session on busy periods.
Update the respective department person in-charge if there are any shortages in Casual Labour Personnel requirements.
Follow-up and double check the attendance of casual labour personnel.
Follow the busses to take and drop the college students ( Nilai College, Taylor's College, Stamford College etc. ) for Security purposes and to ensure the grooming
standards are adhered.
Checking and following up on e-mails related to casual labour matters.
To ensure Group Approval Management System (GAMS - E Form) for casual labour requisition is approved before assigning the casual labour personnel.
Discuss with Human Resources Officer - Casual Labour and Casual Labour colleague on the planning / logistics of functions requiring more than 200 Casual
Labour Personnel.
Update Human Resources Officer - Casual Labour about daily activities of Casual Labour or directly feedback to Human Resources Manager - ER & IR in the
absence of Human Resources Officer - Casual Labour.

Job Requirements
SPM / STPM. No experience needed.
Possess good computer skills in Microsoft Applications and managing the Casual Labour Management system is an added advantage.
Certificates in related professional courses is an added advantage
Ability to communicate (spoken & written) in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in other local dialects and or other foreign Language/s is an added advantage.
