Set tools and objectives for department or unit.
Develop budgets and ensure department adheres to it.
Participate in developing policies and procedures.
Manage staff.
Hire, train, and terminate workers as needed.
Increases management's effectiveness
Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements.
Allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handle employee relations.
Maintain employee records.
Manage and direct overall operations.
Set goals for each department.
Clearly communicate goals to department heads.
Measure the success of each department.
Manage support staff.
Delegate responsibility.
Generate and present reports on departmental goals.
Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.
Solicit customer feedback.
Set district and regional goals.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing,
Property Development/Real Estate Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): leadership, management, communication, marketing, sales
Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
