Develop, drive and execute appropriate Talent Acquisition strategy and efficient sourcing methods for the company within property regional networks.
Develop and constantly review job description to ensure results delivered served the company business activities efficiently.
Develop and constantly review job family technical competencies
Constantly monitor end-to-end hiring process and the recruitment team, coaching, developing and engaging them.
Develop and lead initiatives to drive more diverse Talent Acquisition pools.
Constantly evaluate Talent Acquisition strategy, sourcing methods and recruitment activities to assess Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
Develop and execute succession planning to ensure existing staff develop their knowledge, skills and abilities and prepare them for career advancement or
promotion into ever more challenging roles.
Partner with the Line Managers to understand and plan for the talent acquisition needs / talent mapping / internal & external pipeline over the next 3 years and
agree target hiring numbers.
Building and developing strong, sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders sharing knowledge, and driving performance and recruitment
of the right talents with the right competencies, at the right time, at the right price.
Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, attrition rate, and diversity in recruiting activities.
To carry out any other assignment/duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): interview and selection, Communication Skill.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
