Job Summary 
Provide efficient secretarial duties and administrative support to the Senior Management and to maintain high degree of confidentiality 

Main Responsibilities 
To assist the Manager in a strictly private & confidential manner. 
Tasks include managing him/her workload, providing on hand assistance involving him/her tasks and acting as gatekeeper. 
To develop, maintain and review administration systems to achieve maximum efficiency. Coordinates and facilitates appointments, meetings, travel and conferences. 
To ensure effective management and update all relevant databases. 
To professionally represent the organization at sector networking events. 
To liaise positively and professionally with colleagues and visitors. 
To be amiable, professional and approachable all times. Any other duties commensurate with accountabilities of the post. 

Preferably working experience or executive specializing in Secretarial or Personal Assistant or equivalent. 
Good interpersonal skills, Dynamic, Computer literate and Able to work with all levels of people. Ability to prioritize and work independently.
