Recruiting Staff, Shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Developing and implementing policies on issues such as performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence of management.
Dealing with grievances andimplementing disciplinary procedures.
Planning, delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
Full spectrum of human resource functions including, payroll, compensation & benefits n etc.
Handle all ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the management.
Liase with government sectors, local authorities and agencies
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Experience in Industrial Relation.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras or Kesuma Lake (Near EcoMajestic)
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Familiar with Timesoft software
Work under minimal supervision.
