 JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible in handling Inbound travel reservations (Hotel, Meals, Tour, Ferry, Rail & Spas and etc).
To handle all Inbound travel reservations.
To handle queries, requests from clients with utmost efficiency & professionalism.
To prepare billing.
To liaise closely with internal departments on reservation requirements.
Preparation, submission of regular operational related reports.
Submission of necessary documents & reports for accounting purposes.
Maintaining proper filing system.
Data entry job.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
With or without related experience in Tourism. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate in English very well.
Must be equipped with good communications skills, time management abilities, well-organized & detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
Honest, respectful, dedicated towards job assigned.
Working schedule are based on Singapore public holiday.
Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral area. Our office 5 minutes away from KL Sentral.
Preferably those who interested in travel and tourism.
Familiar with travel industry especially Singapore travel industry will be an added advantage.
