Manage the daily operation of the store to ensure sufficient merchandise in stock and product display all in order.
Oversee daily ordering, storage and inventory control.
Ensure pricing / promotion are according to plan.
Achieve sales target.
Manage outlet manpower issue from hiring, training and daily work schedules.
Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
Ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at high level.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
At least 2 years of working experience in the retail industry is required for this position.
Fresh graduate without experience may apply, training will be provided.
Able to work retail hours (working shift according to outlet operation hours), including weekends & Public Holidays.
Independent & able to lead a team.
Possess own transport.
