MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Company to achieve operations goal and objectives.
Oversee preparation of food and beverage items.
Ensure all operational documents are properly managed.
Ensure compliance of all legislation requirements.
Handle customers’ queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Assist the restaurant assistant manager in inventory, ordering and administration processes.
Manage stock level and perform regular stock-takes.
Ensuring high standards of appearance and cleanliness are maintained.
Interact with customers positively and serve them accordingly.
Provide information about menu items and process customer orders accordingly.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
