Responsible for technical support, either independently or jointly with technical support team.
Provide professional services support for customers.
Monitor software upgrade/update of NE and NMS.
Routine server maintenance.
Maintenance project implementation and technical supervision.
Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal staffs.
Responsible for on-site installation, testing, commissioning for FTTH projects.
Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
Provide technical solution and hands-on support as well as timely reporting to customer.
MUST BE at least Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Communication or equivalent.
