Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

Be familiar with all rates, room types, facilities and daily functions of the Hotel in order to provide a full service to the guests.
To ensure all guests are welcomed to the hotel in a friendly manner, and registered in accordance with Hotel’s Front Office standards and procedures.
Liaise constantly with the Housekeeping Department ensuring room availability and status are kept up-to-date and accurate at all times.
Ensure that the pre-assignment of arrivals with special requests and amenities is carried out to ensure all is ready prior to the guest's arrival.
Work closely with the Concierge Department providing assistance where necessary to ensure a smooth overall operation.
To ensure that the hotel's credit standard and procedures are followed at all times.
To ensure balancing and closing of shift procedures are done accurately and completely at the end of your shift.
Ensuring float is correct on a daily basis and banking is in order. All dropping of daily cash collection must be witnessed by the Duty Manager/Assistant Front Office
Manager/Front Office Manager for accountability.
