Perform overall secretarial and administrative duties.
Manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all staff.
Provide accurately completed standard communications and documents within required time frames.
Prepare reports and submissions for stakeholders and committees as required.
Able to do minimum translation of documents from English to Mandarin.
Able to perform special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Possess a recognized Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Law, or equivalent is advantageous
Preferably candidates with minimum 4 years related working experience in legal secretary or legal PA.
Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
Matured, possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
