Being the technical point of contact for our clients, you will have implemented and maintained Cisco UC / IP Telephony and Network Infrastructure projects.
Eesolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents and manage escalation.
Implement and maintain Microsoft Collaboration and Cisco Unified Communication/Collaboration technologies
Experience with implementing CUCM 8.X - 10.X / Lync 2013 / Skype for Business
Voice Migration experience legacy PBX / IP PBX towards CUCM / Skype for Business
Experience with SIP and H323 voice protocols and Qsig / ISDN debugging
Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining Palo Alto, F5, Checkpoint , Cisco Firewalls, DNS, OSPF, RIP,BGP, EIGRP routing protocols, Load balancers,
Wireless Infrastructure components, NAT, IPsec, SSL, etc.
Experience with Cisco Nexus Series Switches.
Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network problems.
Experience with VMware ESXi Server Virtualization
Minimum 3 years of experience in networking, voice and video services.
Ability to communicate with customers, project teams, and vendors to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
An active CCIE Collaboration with CCNP R/S OR CCIE Routing/Switching with CCNP Collaboration.
Microsoft or other certifications is a plus.
