Ensure tasks assigned are completed on time.
Liaise and attend meetings with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
Liaise and coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections and approvals where necessary.
Collaborate with architects, medical planners, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to subcontractors, construction workers and other professionals.
Instruct and supervise subcontractors and suppliers for activities onsite.
Implement procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System.
Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies.
Comply with legal requirements, medical equipment standards, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Review and assist in preparation Of Room By Room Equipment List ( Medical & Non-Medical Equipment List ) and establish preliminary estimate of overall
equipment costing by group and packages when necessary.
Review technical specification on equipment from Consultants for procurement team to tender and to assist in obtaining endorsement from hospital users.
Coordinate for the preparation and checking of equipment shop drawings by suppliers.
Manage, monitor, storage, delivery, distribution, installation and testing & commissioning of equipment.
Adhere to instructions given from time to time by immediate superior.
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical Science, Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidate shall has a minimum of 8 years’ experience in bio-medical equipment planning, installation, testing and commissioning for hospital construction.
Possess knowledge and experience in coordinating requirements for all bio-medical equipment for the hospital with various vendors, consultants and subcontractors.
Possess leadership, presentation, technical, time management, writing and customer services skills.
