 JOB DESCRIPTION
A new Vietnamese restaurant is recruiting the Manager which is responsible to manage and ensure the functioning and activities of the restaurant in the proper and good
performance.

Job Responsibilities:
To supervise and coordinate the activities of all Food & Beverage service, ensuring that all customers are attented to as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To conduct instruction for new satff in the department and make sure that they are aware of all restaurant rules and other relevant information to ensure the smooth
operation of the department.
To lead, guide and motivate all staff on a regular basis in order to provide the best standard of service and the customers satisfaction.
To address and handle customers requests and complaints promptly and efficiently at all time.
To ensure all procedures comply with the company standard and policies.
To coordinate interaction with all departments within the restaurant to ensure smooth operations to be performed in the greatest profit.
To report to the Director of the restaurant for current operations and status regularly, including any potential health, security and safety hazards.
To monitor and be aware of stock level requirements of food and bevarage supplies and ensure adequate supplies are safely and properly stored and maintained.
To control and maintain cost effectively and efficiently within budget.
To ensure a personalized visit to each table throughout out the meal.
To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Director of the restaurant.

Job Requirements:
Candidate is preferably to possess at least a Professional Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Required languages: English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
Possess an extensive knowledge and experience in Vietnamese cuisine and able to speak in Vietnamese will be an advantage.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Good communicaton , interpersonal and leadership skills.
Possess own vehicle.
