secretarial services to a wide range of customers from different industries. Due to our recent expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to join our
company secretarial team.
Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of corporate secretarial duties and functions which include:-
Preparation and lodgement of statutory returns and documents to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) within regulatory deadline
Maintain and update statutory records including company registers, resolutions, minutes and returns in compliance to Companies Act, 2016
Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), Solicitors and Auditors to ensure all documents prepared are complied with the requirements
Schedule for Board and Members meetings including preparation of notice and agendas and also documenting the proceedings of meeting
Prepare Board and Members meetings minutes and resolutions and ensure timely circulation for Directors’ and Members approval and sign-off
Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative matter
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Posses basic skills in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Candidate with diploma or degree in accounting will have an added advantage
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range - RM 2,200 to RM 3,500 per month.
Training contract to pursue Company Secretary Qualification and Accounting Professional Qualification would be provided for good performers.
Candidate with relevant experience in Company Secretarial will have added advantage.
