Answering calls professionally to provide information about services.
Keep records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of complaints, comment, inquires.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests and complaints.
Escalate unresolved customers requests; pass on grievances to HOD for further investigation and clarification.
Make reminder calls to client, send follow up emails and schedule appointments.
To handle any ad-hoc that assigned by management.
Must know speak Mandarin language.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encouraged to apply.
Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/ Balakong Cheras.
Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
Able to communicate with all level of people.
Able to start work immediately.
